Universal Studio wanted to take their live Rock the Boat concert online to better cross-promote one of their latest releases “Even Almighty”. Greater Than Data built a database infrastructure that allowed people to register online to watch the concert footage live. Bandwidth and up time where of utmost importance for this live, streaming event. In the first hour there were over 10,000 simultaneous viewers with no downtime or buffering. The Results: by the end of the concert, over 18,000 names were collected for future marketing efforts.
